Excellent work.
Lloyd raised the utility room floor to above the blue brick level as during heavy rain water was coming in. The units and appliances were removed, a smaller window needed to be fitted to allow for the higher floor, new floor tiles installed, door and door frame raised, then units and appliances refitted. Made an excellent job despite coming across a few problems on the way. Very reasonable price for the work completed. Have already recommended this company to friends and family and would not hesitate to call them again for any further work that I may need doing.
Extension
Would like to say thank you to Lloyd and his team.
He built a single storey extension to the rear of our house which now gives us a fantastic kitchen and seating area. He also laid slabs to give us a large patio and installed a new garden fence.

All round Professional
Having know Lloyd and his team for a few years I have used them for a number of jobs on my house and also on my commercial premises.
Whether it was a manor job like a spot of maintenance , or a big job (like a partial rebuild) that required professional equipment, knowledge and expertise, they always did thorough, professional excellent job. I was never in any doubt during the time they worked on my properties as their professional approach showed solid background of genuine professional knowledge. Realistic, good value pricing too. New kitchen
Lloyd completely gutted our kitchen and relocated the soil pipe so we could fit a range cooker. He then refitted the whole kitchen to a high standard including wall and floor tiles. The whole project was done within the time and on budget. Lloyd worked to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. He even moved the stop tap so it was more obtainable. We are now in the process of completely refitting our bathroom and once again Lloyd will be doing this work for us. I have recommended Lloyd to other people who have had work completed by him and would also recommend him.
chimney breasts
We have a through lounge which had a chimney breast in on part of the room also the above bedroom had a chimney breast. We asked Lloyd if he could take them out which he did for us .After finishing the work all rubble and dirt was removed the area in which the work was carried out was left clean and tidy. By having this work done we have a wardrobe from wall to wall in the bedroom and downstairs in the living room it has made the room bigger enabling us to have a dinning table. We are very pleased with Lloyds work and would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
Practicaly re-built our house
Lloyd built our extension. This made us an extra 3 double bedrooms - ours ensuite: downstairs cloakroom: Utility room: and huge new kitchen/diner/family room. He fitted a new kitchen, and both our ensuite and family bathrooms. He also decked all the garden, on two levels with a put in a balustrade. He prepared and block paved the entire drive.
Due to the size of the extension ( it doubled the original size of the house) Lloyd went on to project manage new central heating system, new wiring, plastering, and tiling. He bought the project in on budget and on time.
Would highly recommend in fact have already done so - when friends see our house, and ask who did it.
Would definitely use again - great job, we love it!!!!!
